Beef Sausage
After a string of real successes, these links came out
sub-par. I simply did not have enough fat in the
meat; cutting corners with $1.99/lb London broil and
round steak needed some trimmings to have enough
fat. They're pretty tasty but taste dry even
though they're juicy. The Texas BBQ King's beef
bbq sausage recipe is here,
but splurge and use nothing but chuck roast.
They look and taste better than most
store bought sausage, but need a little sauce.
Maybe it would be good for low-fat diets...
