Smoked
Kielbasa
Once again I've outdone myself. These smoked
kielbasa links come out perfectly - good and firm
texture, nice color, light smoky flavor, juicy and
delicious. Easily as good as any sausage I've ever
eaten in my life. And that's without any bbq
sauce. The Texas BBQ King's
smoked kielbasa recipe is here.
The meat in these sausage is a couple of
nice boneless pork rib roasts and a beef chuck
roast. Maybe using those nice cuts of meat led to
such a nice texture and flavor. The pork rib
roasts were on sale for $1.29/lb, so they were cheaper
than Boston butt.
