New 5lb stainless steel sausage stuffer
I highly recommend AA Discount Restaurant Supply in Tyler, TX.  I ordered this stuffer Monday night and it was at my door Wednesday when I got home.  And free shipping no less.

This should yield a much more uniform and appealing finished product.  The Kitchen-Aid grinder and stuffer worked okay, but you can see the hopper only holds a thimble full of meat compared to the new bad boy stuffer.  Grind into a large bowl, mix well, then into the stuffer.  I will definitely be making more sausage this weekend.
